Century Property Management (formerly Century 21 Dinkel &  Associates) was established in 1979, and has been servicing the North Area of the Denver Front Range region for over 25 years.

Property Management Division Profile

The Property Management Division of Century Property Management was deployed in 1987. Sylvia White,MPM, RMP, our current Managing Broker, offers over 14 years of experience within the property management field. She is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, (NARPM), current past president of the local NARPM chapter, as well as a member of the North Metro Denver Realtor Association. She received the designation RMP, Residential Management Professional,  after her completion of advanced courses, service to the property managers association and the real estate industry. She has also recently received the designation of MPM, Master Property Manager, which is held by only 4 other individuals in the Denver Metro Area.

The cumulative experience attained by the Century Property Management Property Management Division offers the "know-how" necessary for the effective and efficient management of challenges encountered in dealing with a wide spectrum of tenants' needs. Currently, a variety of all encompassing services are extended to over 160 residential properties, with incoming monthly revenues ranging from $650 per unit to $2500 per unit.

The trust accounts for managed properties commissioned to Century Property Management are held by Vectra Bank in Thornton, Colorado. An in-house, unique property database is maintained for each unit via the use of PROMAS, a state-of-the-art property management software. To accommodate the individual needs of our clients, a complete line of bookkeeping functions, combined with tenant and owner information is maintained and readily available.

Continuously striving to strike a perfect balance between the needs of our investors, Century Property Management maintains a web site and rent list for maximum utilization of the available properties.
