RENTAL/LEASE POLICIES THE FOLLOWING
POLICES ARE ESTABLISHED TO ENSURE THAT ALL PROSPECTIVE APPLICANTS FOR A PROPERTY
PROCESSED BY Century Property Management. WILL BE TREATED EQUALLY.
Please read
the following policies. If you feel you meet the guidelines for qualifying, we
encourage you to submit an application. Only one application will be processed
at a time, and applications will be processed in the order received. An
incomplete application will not be considered.
APPLICANTS *Each person 18 years of age or older
must complete and sign an application and only the applicants may reside
in a property. *If a co-signer is necessary, the co-signer must also complete
and sign an application. The acceptance of a co-signer is not normal policy and
is subject to individual approval or denial by Century Property Management.
*To be processed and considered, a $20.00 non-refundable processing fee must
accompany all applications. If your application is not processed, this $20.00
processing fee will be refunded. *The application will not be considered
with missing or false information.
PROCESSING FEES *$20.00 Processing fee (per
applicant) must be in the form of a money order or cash
ONLY
CREDIT CRITERIA *Century Property Management will
obtain a credit report for each applicant and co-signer 18 years of age or
older. Reports supplied by applicants will not be
accepted. *Discharged bankruptcies are
acceptable.
INCOME
CRITERIA *Applicant's gross monthly income must be 3 times the rental
amount. *Income will be verified from copies of pay stubs provided with the
application. *Self-employed applicants must provide their most recent tax
return and 3 months of bank statements. *Unverifiable income will not be
considered.
UPON SIGNING OF AREEMENT WE WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING
ITEMS: *Photo ID's of all persons 18 years of age or older *Picture(s) and
Vet reports of Pet(s) if applicable *The FULL amount of the security deposit
must be paid in certified funds only *Hours for signing lease/rental
agreements are on appointments only
*1st months rent, pro-rate or any
additional deposits will be paid before the keys are released and must be paid
in Certified Funds Only (Daily rate will be charged if keys are
delivered prior to date on lease/rental agreement)

signing below I/We acknowledge receiving these policies and understand that once
the deposit is put down on the property if I/We do not take the property for any
reason the full deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
